Rule and Policy Change Form

To make the Voting Process for the 2011/12 and 2012/13 seasons as transparent and educated as possible a standard process has been developed.  Kudos to Morton Bergue and  Karen Wilson who were integral in making this idea a reality.

The form is to be filled out and signed by all individuals present through the discussion.  Signatures will be kept on file and used  to develop the Rules Slate for which the voting will take place (January 8th and 9th, 2011).
