• On small and Large: the average size is 18 team members. Large is seen as a difficult division to compete in. Small is growing and Large is not.
• Hip Hop Divisions have a large variety (break into small and large)
• Semi Limited Coed dilutes large

1) Worlds Alternates

Recommendation:
Teams will not be required to list up to 3 alternates on their squad rosters at all Worlds Bid Qualifying events.
All teams that receive a bid to Worlds, may use up to 3 alternates as part of their 10 possible substitutions.
These alternates:
* do not have to be at the event where the bid was received
* must be an official member (team participant that competes) of the gym during the 2010 – 2011 season
NOTE: Any athlete that wants to transfer from one gym to a gym that has already received a Worlds bid, must have a signed release from the gym owner of the gym he or she is transferring from before that athlete can be used as a Worlds alternate.

2) Worlds Rosters

Recommendation:   All Event Producers holding a Worlds Bid Qualifier, will be required to send (to the USASF) copies of ALL team rosters from every gym that had a team receive a Worlds bid within 72 hours after that event concludes.

Six  Suggestions

1. 2 recommendation to set a maximum number of teams an athlete can crossover to in a day
2. Recommendation to restrict crossing Levels to up or down 2 Levels
3. Recommendation to restrict crossing to 20% of the team size
4. Recommendation to restrict crossing to 25% of the team size
5. Recommendation to limit number of times an athlete crosses over to 2 routines
6. Recommendation to restrict International Open Crossovers to inside gym/program

Discussion also included:

• The USASF has no policy in regard to crossovers
• Limiting the number of crossovers on a team
• Limiting the Levels to which an athlete can crossover
• Competing too many times can lead to fatigue/be unsafe
• Practicing too much can lead to overuse injuries
• Teams are ‘stacking’ or ‘sandbagging’ to win
